Parker with Tums all over his face and shirt! Look at that guilty smile!
Okay I knew this day would come but I did not realize how fast it would be here. Everyone has been telling me from day one now that I have 2 boys they are going to get into a lot of trouble together. I have decided now that this is a normal part of life and instead of getting upset or mad I am going to document it and make sure they know what they did wrong but then I just need to laugh about it. Some of the funnest laughs we have had in our family are about things I am sure my mom cried about at the time but now we just have fun laughing about it. So I decided to start a little earlier in that process. So I took these pictures the other day. I was on the phone having a meeting with someone and the boys went into my room and shut the door. Not even thinking of all the things that they could get into I let them play. After all I did here a lot of laughing and they were playing so well together. The next thing I know I am off the phone and it it quiet. NEVER good when it comes to small children. So I go in my room and Parker and Kaden are putting my tums in their mouth and spitting them out at each other. They also had emptied my drawers all over the floor. As I was picking up my clothes what do I find all over in them? Wet Tums!! I took a minute talked to Kaden about why he should not have done that and then I laughed! It was so great! For me laughing is a healing tool! Anyways just thought I would share!
